Per Diem Nurse RN House Supervisor

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and experienced Per Diem Nurse RN House Supervisor to join our team in East Sandwich, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse RN House Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring safe staffing levels and budgetary constraints are met. This role will also oversee admission and discharge functions, serve as primary contact for internal and external customers, and provide leadership, supervision, and role modeling to staff to ensure adherence to standards of clinical excellence and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure safe staffing levels and budgetary constraints are met.
- Oversee admission and discharge functions.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and role modeling to staff to ensure adherence to standards of clinical excellence and opportunities for professional development.
- Monitor practice to ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting agency standards.
- Participate in hospital committees and the performance improvement process.
- BSN required.
- Minimum two years of diverse and well-rounded clinical experience required.
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Current licensure from Massachusetts Board of Registration as Registered Nurse.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Microsoft office applications preferred.
