- Feedback and Guidance: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, focusing on excellence and hospitality.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with all teams, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting food quality and reducing waste.
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English fluency and Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Hourly rate of $18-$21/hour, plus tips.
