Job Summary:
The Pipe Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating pipefitting and welding activities within Bollinger Mississippi Repair, LLC. This role requires a solid understanding of pipe craft at the fitting and welding levels, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pipefitting and welding plans to ensure efficient and safe execution of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to inform planning and coordination efforts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of pipe craft experience, specifically in fitting and/or welding.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a strong capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
