Betty's Promos Plus is a family-owned boutique retail store located in Orlando's SoDo District. We specialize in creating unique apparel and accessories for historically African-American Fraternities and Sororities. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied.

We're looking for a skilled Greek Paraphernalia Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining knowledge of products, and promoting sales initiatives. If you're friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product information
  • Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
  • Promote sales initiatives and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Stocky inventory management software a plus

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience
