Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician Opportunity in Virginia

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our team in Western Virginia. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our out-patient clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in our out-patient clinics, with a focus on pulmonary and critical care medicine
- Collaborate with our existing team of Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in hospital responsibilities, including in-patient and out-patient care, as needed
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents from local training programs
Compensation and Benefits:

Schedule:
- 4.5 days per week in clinic, with 0.5 days per week in hospital for procedures
- 3-4 patients seen per hour, averaging 25 patients per day
- Clinic hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm
Call Schedule:
- Call will be required to cover in-patient Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians during their PTO
- During coverage time, physicians will have 0 days in clinic with 5-7 days per week of call (12 hours)
