Salary and Benefits

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children with diverse disabilities, including cerebral palsy and neuro-developmental treatment. As an Occupational Therapist with Interim HealthCare, you will:

  • Evaluate students with physical or motor disabilities affecting their education and develop tailored therapy goals as part of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students, collaborating with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and participate in student study teams and consult on therapy recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate IEPs and student progress records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid WA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (ESA certification).
  • Experience working with children with diverse disabilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • A current BLS certification and two positive work references.
