We are seeking an Environmental Mapping Expert to join our team at Trilon Group in Canton and Hancock, Michigan. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing spatial and graphical interpretations of environmental analytical data to support our environmental consulting services.

Job Summary:

Your primary responsibilities will include managing geodatabases, collecting GPS data, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality results. You will also work closely with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide spatial and graphical interpretations of environmental analytical data, including contaminant maps, geophysical maps, and surface maps.
  • Manage geodatabase projects and GPS collection efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, geology, engineering, biology, chemistry, or environmental science. Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Desktop is essential, as well as experience using GIS (1-5 years) and proficiency in processing GPS data.

A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is critical for this position. Additionally, problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with team members, and regular feedback provision are essential qualities for success.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $95,000Benefits Package:
