Cancer Treatment Specialist

PHYSICIANS SURGICAL HOSPITALS, LLC is seeking a skilled Cancer Treatment Specialist to join our team in Amarillo, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to administer high-quality ionizing radiation therapy treatments to patients. As a Cancer Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing treatment delivery components, accurately positioning the beam of radiation, and delivering a prescribed course of radiation therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer high-quality ionizing radiation therapy treatments to patients
  • Evaluate and assess treatment delivery components
  • Maintain values aligning with professional code of ethical conduct and scope of practice
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree
  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
  • ARRT certification in Radiological Therapy
  • Texas-Medical Radiologic Technologist-General Certificate
  • BLS
Preferred Requirements:
  • One year experience as a radiation therapist
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
