Your Role
The Offline Acquisition Associate will be instrumental in enhancing and expanding our impactful offline marketing channels. In this role, you will collaborate with the offline marketing team to devise and execute strategies across various channels, including Direct Mail, print, Out of Home (OOH), and television. You will have the autonomy to manage channels comprehensively while contributing to the efficiency and scalability of other initiatives.
A successful candidate will combine strong intuition with analytical skills, showcasing data-driven decision-making and a customer-focused mindset. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for offline marketing and a natural inclination for driving results. You will report directly to the Acquisition Manager, Offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Acquisition team to establish ongoing strategies for existing offline channels while identifying and launching new opportunities based on insights and analysis.
- Develop creative and communication strategies for offline initiatives, coordinating with our internal creative and brand teams, as well as external agency partners.
- Oversee channels from inception to completion, providing valuable context to teammates to facilitate informed decision-making on their respective channels.
- Create learning agendas and roadmaps, structuring, deploying, and assessing experiments while refining our testing strategies.
- Build models and forecasts informed by data and insights.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and partners, leading discussions focused on sound business decisions.
- Conduct research and advocate for significant investments in new channels and strategies.
- Directly influence overall business performance by enhancing efficiency and scalability across channels, responding swiftly to emerging opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or media planning roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for negotiation, always approaching discussions with empathy and kindness.
- A strong affinity for data, capable of leveraging both qualitative and quantitative information in decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and navigate ambiguity independently.
- Willingness to express differing opinions while also acknowledging when adjustments are necessary.
- A sense of ownership regarding channel performance and the overall acquisition program.
- Engagement in experimentation and implementation of enhancements to improve our robust marketing program.
- Proactive communication with team members, sharing insights across departments and considering the broader impact of decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and utilizing diverse data sets to drive results.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence in direct communication while maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker, and/or Notion is advantageous.
- Experience with offline channels such as Print, Direct Mail, OOH, and TV is a plus.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, and we encourage team members to be present at least 2-3 days a week to foster collaboration and a strong in-person culture.
