Estimated Salary:$18-$25 per hour
Job Description:As a Children's School Soccer Coach with Super Soccer Stars, you will be responsible for leading soccer lessons at local daycare/preschools. Your primary goal will be to ensure every child has a positive and enjoyable experience while developing their soccer skills.
- You will lead groups of children in fun and educational activities designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Our non-competitive approach ensures classes are stress-free and focused on having fun.
To achieve this, you will use individual attention to ensure every child has success, employ positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better, and celebrate their successes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We are seeking a candidate with prior experience working with children, preferably as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader. You should have a passion for early childhood education and be open-minded to continuous learning and feedback. A clean, valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are also essential requirements.
Able and willing to travel to get to class locations is a must. We also require flexibility in schedule and willingness to grow and learn.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, positivity, and attentiveness. Building and maintaining strong relationships with directors, teachers, parents, and children is crucial for your success in this role.
