Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Product Owner within our dynamic team at ClearlyAgile. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about leveraging innovative technologies and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Proxy PO to guide and manage product ownership duties.
- Collaborate with various product teams, business analysts, and testers to gain insights into product features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to break down large epic stories into manageable features and user stories that the development team can easily understand and approve.
- Develop SQL queries for data validation and ad-hoc requirements.
- Lead and facilitate product backlog refinement sessions.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog, organizing feature sequencing, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an agile environment with a solid grasp of the Product Owner role.
- Proven experience in writing user stories and managing a product backlog.
- At least 3 years of SQL experience, preferably with a background in software development.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to construct complex queries.
- A self-starter with a focus on building relationships and fostering a people-centric environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner.
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or CSM.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
