  • 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with managing maintenance operations, promoting safety protocols, and ensuring that production processes align with quality and financial objectives. This position requires troubleshooting equipment problems, overseeing projects, and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce corporate safety regulations
  • Identify and resolve equipment failures
  • Oversee construction and maintenance projects
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks
  • Implement effective safety strategies
  • Develop and guide team members
  • Work collaboratively with various teams
  • Manage maintenance tasks within budgetary limits
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently

Required Skills:

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
