  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Supervisor to plan and execute food service operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food temperature logs, production records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce food waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all team members and guests receive high-quality food and service.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handler certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid U.S. Passport.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a remote or expeditionary environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
