Role Overview:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a preference for candidates possessing two years of nursing experience.
  • Deliver direct patient care, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical examinations, communicating findings effectively to the physician.
  • Coordinate patient care by ordering diagnostic tests, relaying results to the physician, participating in inpatient rounds, scheduling patient appointments, and facilitating referrals.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and other patient care activities.
  • Execute various nursing administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, infection control standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Act as a liaison and team leader, fostering communication and coordination of care among patients, families, and healthcare team members; clarify routines and procedures to patients while managing care information.
  • Possess a working knowledge of techniques and methodologies essential for developing, coordinating, and managing clinical research projects, along with proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and statistical analysis software.
  • Adhere to departmental guidelines for addressing patient inquiries and promptly triaging urgent patient matters.
  • Engage in tasks such as answering patient questions, processing prescriptions, and making patient calls.
