Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy construction equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
  • Work effectively with team members and customers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Document jobs on work orders with accuracy
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Provide a set of basic tools and maintain and care for shop tools and equipment
  • Hold a valid driver's license

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience in maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical manuals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
