- Participate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and Mentor Colleagues: Provide guidance and support to junior mental health professionals, promoting professional growth and development.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with Couples and Families Endorsement.
- Experience: Previous experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment, and commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Post-Licensure Experience: Previous experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
- Clinical Responsibility: Previous clinical responsibility, including crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
- Professional Maturity: Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity necessary for assuming professional responsibilities.
