Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development utilizing one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in a relevant industry.

At least 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either academic or professional environments.

2 years of experience in creating developer tools that enhance developer efficiency, code quality, and overall code health (such as compilers, automated release systems, code design and testing, and test automation frameworks).


Preferred Qualifications:


A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical disciplines. 2 years of experience with performance analysis, large-scale systems data visualization, and debugging tools.

Experience in developing accessible technologies. Strong proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, as well as software testing engineering.

Utilizing your technical skills, you will oversee project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate available technologies.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices (e.g., style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational materials and adapt content based on product updates and user feedback.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
