Your Role

  1. Collaborate with a talented team to ensure our systems operate safely and seamlessly, effectively managing complex scenarios that involve social interactions and unpredictable variables.
  2. Transform real-world challenges into structured engineering tasks; design tools, algorithms, and evaluation frameworks; optimize them for large-scale data processing; and ensure they function in real-time.
Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive software engineering experience with a focus on C++ and performance optimization.
  3. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills

  1. Master's or Doctorate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
  2. Experience in software engineering addressing motion planning or similar robotics challenges.
  3. Familiarity with evaluating or developing machine learning-based systems.

The anticipated salary range for this full-time position is as follows. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including experience, education, and skill level. Additional details regarding the specific salary range for this role will be provided during the hiring process.

Employees are also eligible for participation in our annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility criteria.

Salary Range

$192,000—$243,000 USD
