Job Title: UI Path/RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UI Path/RPA Developer to join our team at 3SG Plus. As a UI Path/RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions using the UI Path Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries.
  • Deliver RPA project results.
  • Assist in developing project requirements.
  • Utilize research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to analyze information/data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Support testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks associated with business automations.
  • Support the development of technical workflows and systems designs and verify against user requirements.
  • Learns new technical concepts and software languages as needed.
  • Handles implementation of multiple IT projects.
  • Utilizes all sources of information to conduct research and data collection, verify and validates data collected, analyzes, synthesizes, and summarizes data to draw conclusions.
  • Gains knowledge of business and technical processes and their impact on the work product.
  • Provides mentoring and addresses questions of UiPath RPA BOT developers to help in advancing their knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Automation Software: UI Path Platform.
  • 3+ years of RPA bot development/implementation experience using the UI Path Platform.
  • 5+ years experience in development methodologies, database & systems architecture concepts.
  • Experience developing complex SQL queries.
  • Understanding of programming design and coding techniques.
  • Experience with the development, implementation, and integration of APIs.
  • Advanced experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of UI Path RPA solutions.
  • Background in utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with systems development life cycle.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience with establishing RPA Center of Excellence.
  • Experience managing technology programs/projects.
  • Experience implementing solutions on cloud/hosted environment.
  • Energized by collaborating with stakeholders, not only in IT, but throughout the enterprise.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.

  • Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer.

  • Experience in addressing security vulnerabilities/remediation.
