About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Millennium Therapy. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and treatment to individuals in various settings.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Millennium Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to patients with diverse needs and goals.
  • PARTicipating in clinical team processes to ensure seamless communication and coordination among healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Servicing as a mentor and trainer to caregiver staff, promoting evidence-based practices and best care outcomes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement clinically sound programs and services that address complex rehabilitation challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and professional licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, along with independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of effective time management and prioritization.
