Key Responsibilities- Perform daily upkeep and manicuring of landscaped areas and hardscapes, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Follow directions and perform tasks given under the supervision of the Foreman, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent.
- Work safely and efficiently, using all personal protective equipment (safety gear) assigned.
- Communicate daily with supervisors to report challenges, concerns, or suggestions for improving efficiency.
- Perform daily vehicle refueling, reloading of materials, and vehicle inspection as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain and clean all equipment daily, promptly reporting any issues to the mechanic or supervisor.
- May be required to work overtime or on weekends to assist during special events.
- Must be highly customer-oriented and responsive, with a strong need for closure.
- Able to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and assignments.
- Strong team-building skills, including the ability to lead, cooperate, and motivate.
- Must be a role model, embodying our BlueStar core values: Honesty and Integrity, Respect for the Individual, Teamwork, and Competitive Spirit.
- No minimum education requirements.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

This position works in an outdoor environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, and falls, as well as Arizona desert wildlife.
Physical DemandsThis position requires standing and walking for the duration of a shift, sitting and driving, lifting, pushing, digging, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, using hands to fingers, touching and holding, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
