Luggage Sorter

Job Summary:

The Luggage Sorter position is responsible for sorting luggage for delivery to the appropriate resort or ship. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery of luggage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload arriving luggage from the terminal and place it on the carousel for sorting
• Scan luggage, load it into the correct cage for the Resort, seal the cage, and deliver the cage to the dock
• Identify damaged luggage upon arrival and take any unreadable tags or non-tagged luggage to the Luggage Base
• Load loose luggage for delivery to Port Canaveral

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background screening
• Pass a drug screening
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

The Luggage Sorter will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly is required.
