Luggage Sorter

Job Summary:

The Luggage Sorter position is responsible for sorting luggage for delivery to the appropriate resort or ship. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload arriving luggage from the terminal and place it on the carousel for sorting
• Scan luggage, load it into the correct cage for the Resort, seal the cage, and deliver the cage to the dock
• Identify damaged luggage upon arrival and take it to the Luggage Base
• Load loose luggage for delivery to Port Canaveral

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background screening and drug screening
• Strong customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

The Luggage Sorter will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. The employee must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and move quickly when necessary.
