As a Financial Advisory Consultant (FAC) at Charles Schwab, you will have the chance to learn and develop within our Branch Network from the ground up.
This role serves as an entry point on the journey to becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, providing the necessary exposure and experience to progress in this dynamic field.
You will discover what it takes to cultivate a client portfolio through proactive outreach to existing Schwab clients, identifying opportunities through needs-based assessments and recommending suitable products and solutions.
You will observe our proficient FCs and learn how to deliver exceptional value and service through collaboration and mentorship.If you are looking for the initial step towards a fulfilling and prosperous career in financial consulting, the Financial Advisory Consultant position at Schwab is an excellent opportunity.
What You Have
Required Qualifications:
A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)
A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)
A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the financial services sector
Ability to leverage business development experience
Passion for acquiring knowledge of brokerage and banking products and services
Willingness to establish strong client relationships
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
