Job Title: Senior Financial Executive

Description: This is a permanent, full-time position that will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. As a Senior Financial Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. You will also conduct detailed payroll analysis, prepare and review financial reports, and coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  2. Conduct detailed payroll analysis and ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  3. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  5. Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
  7. Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.
  8. Research and analyze financial discrepancies and tax issues.
  9. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
  4. Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  5. Advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for both general ledger and statutory accounting.
  6. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $80,000 per year
