Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN-Dialysis Travel Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including our main hospital building and Tower, and provide high-quality care to patients with diverse needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide dialysis care to patients in our dialysis unit and ICUs, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in dialysis care.
- Work closely with our APPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
