We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurologist to join our team at Spencer Britt in northern Vermont. As a neurologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our neurology service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide office-based general neurology services to new and established patients, including medication management, education and counseling, ordering diagnostic tests, and referrals to related specialties.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including migraines, memory loss, essential tremor, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment, dizziness, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, polyneuropathy, and headache.
- Partner with other members of the neurology team, including radiologists, EEG technologists, medical assistants, and registered nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Provide consultation services to inpatients and hospitalists, and arrange for patients to be seen in a timely manner following discharge and/or specialized testing.
- Vacation time: 5 weeks per year
- Sick leave: 5 days per year
