Position Overview: Civil/Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Civil/Site Engineer to become a vital part of our team at SEA Corp. In this role, you will conduct field assessments and investigate failures within various civil-site constructed environments and infrastructure initiatives. Your responsibilities will include evaluating design and construction-related issues, preparing detailed reports, and cultivating strong client relationships. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in civil/site development.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform field assessments and investigate failures
  • Assess design and construction-related issues
  • Draft comprehensive oral and written reports
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support findings through expert testimony
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least five years of experience in civil/site development
  • P.E. (Professional Engineer) registration
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
Physical Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel locally and overnight
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections
  • Effective communication skills
  • Compliance with personal protective equipment requirements
