Job Summary

The QC Technician will support the testing and documentation needs of the Quality Control department during the manufacture and release of Bio-Rad control products. This position will work both independently and in a team-oriented environment performing daily testing of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot QC laboratory instruments.
  • Follow good laboratory (GLP) and good documentation practices (GDP).
  • Evaluate assay runs for accuracy and acceptability to Quality Control procedures and enter results into appropriate databases/software.
Requirements
  • AA or higher degree in a science field or equivalent clinical lab experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and LIMS a plus.
  • Clinical experience and/or medical technologist certification, experience running Chemistry or Immunoassay analyzers and Clinical experience and/or medical technologist certification a plus.
