Position Overview:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • Compensation starting at $18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Role Summary:

As an Industrial Assembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to assemble industrial air filtration systems in accordance with detailed specifications.

Key Duties:

  • Interpret and analyze various documents, including bills of materials and technical drawings.
  • Prepare for assembly by verifying material lists and ensuring all components are available.
  • Accurately assemble dryers, filters, and piping components.
  • Maintain high standards of quality while adhering to production timelines.
  • Conduct minor wiring tasks on designated machinery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow manufacturing protocols.
  • Experience with hand tools and proficiency in blueprint reading is essential.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong aptitude in shop mathematics, including fractions and decimals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as pipe threaders, jib cranes, and drill motors.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands and arms, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and visual tasks.

Work Environment:

The majority of work will occur in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to noise and dust.
