The Role

We are looking for a strong, energetic Service Clerk who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The primary responsibility of the Service Clerk is to receive, organize, and file all customer documents for historical record keeping of the dealership.

  • File documents in the service and accounting departments
  • Maintain all historical records for the dealership in an orderly fashion
  • Pull files as needed for Management, Warranty companies, and/or Manufacturer
  • Make copies for customers as requested
  • Assist in daily receipting of funds and deposits
  • Assist customers with cashing out
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Effective communication skills are a must
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
  • Understand deadlines and apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, paid holidays, paid time off, and deferred holiday pay match.
