We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities- Screen donors for eligibility and collect plasma in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to support plasma center operations
- Answer phones, greet donors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
