Job Overview

Liqui-Grow is seeking a skilled Agricultural Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for applying chemical and fertilizer to fields from spring to fall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply chemical and fertilizer to fields in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in all training activities to gain knowledge of products and their benefits to farmers
  • Develop a comprehensive prospect and current customer list, including farmers' needs and wants
  • Take soil samples and conduct scouting of customer fields to develop proper recommendations for fertilizer and pesticide applications
  • Assist farmers by applying their purchased fertilizer and pesticides in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure application equipment has necessary safety equipment and is utilized at all times
  • Keep manager and team fully informed of all operations
  • Assist in collection of past due accounts

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL with Tanker (N) endorsement
  • Applicator License

Benefits:

  • Potential Earnings: $62,500 - $75,000
  • Average Hourly Potential: $25 to $30 an hour, based on experience and overtime hours
