Position Overview:

As a Machinery Maintenance Specialist at Plastic Ingenuity, you will be essential in maintaining the effective and seamless functioning of our equipment. Your duties will encompass machine setup, upkeep, and troubleshooting to enhance production efficiency. You will serve as the problem solver, the authority, and the custodian of quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend customer specifications for quality components
  • Ensure high-quality production output and mentor others on best practices
  • Progress through training initiatives to improve skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate component quality and implement adjustments as necessary
  • Assist team members and take on additional roles when required
  • Maintain comprehensive production records and guarantee adherence to safety protocols
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Crew Leader
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Capability to interpret written instructions

  • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with tools and machinery
  • Physical endurance to stand for prolonged periods and navigate around equipment
