We're seeking a skilled Virtual Sales Representative to join our team at Club Wyndham. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for conducting presentations via phone to owners, establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, and articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct presentations via phone to owners
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • No cold calling: all leads are prequalified and provided by the company

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is $16.28 per hour (during the initial training period), plus incentives ranging from 3.2% to 15.0% per commissionable dollar sold.
