Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced adjunct instructor to teach Phlebotomy courses at our Quad Cities Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lectures, discussions, and other presentations that enhance students' educational experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute appropriate methods of evaluating students' performance
- Develop, secure, and maintain the equipment and other instructional materials essential to the presentation of classroom material
- Encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi and developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance students' educational experience
- Minimum of an Associate's degree
- Certification in Phlebotomy
As an adjunct faculty member at Black Hawk College, you will enjoy a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including tuition waiver, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, sick leave, and retirement pension plans.
The estimated salary for this position is $693.36 per equated hour for individuals with less than a Master's degree, $808.92 per equated hour for those with a Master's degree, and $866.70 per equated hour for those with a Doctorate.
