About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at ORA Orthopedics in the Metro Quad Cities area. As a key member of our physical therapy department, you will be responsible for evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating new patients and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Treating patients with a range of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and degenerative diseases
  • Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
  • Exhibiting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients, families, and staff
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and/or Iowa.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
