Job Title: LPN | Chemical Dependency Unit

Essentia Health is seeking a skilled LPN to join our Chemical Dependency Unit team in Brainerd, Minnesota. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients struggling with substance abuse, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide nursing care to patients defined by the unit's scope of care
  • Collaborate with physicians, patients, and family members to meet individualized needs
  • Support patients requiring mental health care in relation to substance abuse


Requirements:


  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Ability to work 56 hours every two weeks, with a permanent evening rotation
