We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Relient Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our residents in a great Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Adult Day Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen patients and perform evaluations to develop initial and interim treatment plans
- Document progress toward identified objectives and develop new programs/techniques to enhance speech therapy services
- Conduct patient and family education, and deliver quality speech therapy services
- Oversee Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFYs) if applicable
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- State licensure or eligibility
- Stable Work History and positive attitude
- Certificate of Clinical Confidence (CCC) from ASHA
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
