Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ultrasound Examinations: Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations to create accurate Venous Flow Maps, ensuring effective treatment plans for patients.
  • Patient Communication: Collaborate with physicians to explain treatment plans to patients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Procedure Room Management: Set up and clean procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms before and after each patient, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
  • Treatment Plan Implementation: Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans, ensuring the effectiveness and safety of patient care.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Work with office staff, administrative staff, and physicians to review ultrasound schedules, ensuring timely and efficient patient care.
  • Quality and Education: Develop and maintain high-quality work and skills, adhering to company standards through continued education and interaction with other ultrasound technologists.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory to ensure continued and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program (preferred)
  • Registration: Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) (required)
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and excellent patient care skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team.
