QHSE Director

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Director to lead our client's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives in New Orleans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a strong QHSE culture within the organization and managing the company's corporate safety program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in QHSE leadership or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
- US citizenship or permanent residency
