QHSE Director

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Director to join our team at Quest Energy Group in New Orleans. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives by establishing a quality control and safety culture within our client's organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QHSE, with experience in the maritime industry and civil construction. You will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and managing the company's corporate safety program. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives
• Establish a quality control and safety culture within the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage the company's corporate safety program
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in QHSE, with a focus on the maritime industry and civil construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally
