As a Mother Infant Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of our patients, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:- Assess and plan individualized care for patients, including developing and implementing care plans and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care transitions and coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
- Champion quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in postpartum care and mother-infant unit settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
