Job Title: RN Medical-Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a RN Medical-Night Shift, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their home environment, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect care to clients in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for clients with various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Supervise and direct the efforts of caregivers when involved in client care.
  • Accurately document nursing actions, client health status, and communicate with family and physicians.
  • Provide health teaching and assist clients in learning self-care techniques and safety measures.
  • Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed.
  • Report incidents and follow policies and procedures according to operational, state, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Current and unrestricted registration and license in the state of operation.
  • One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Home Health Care experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.
