The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plastics blow molding and a proven track record of ensuring optimal equipment performance through preventive maintenance and dynamic responses to equipment-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of maintenance professionals, oversee maintenance schedules, and coordinate with production activities to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Coach and direct the maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer deadlines are met and production goals are achieved.
  • Develop and implement operational schedules and maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to coach and mentor employees.
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
