Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the field of speech therapy.

Role Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with elementary school students, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, from preschool through 5th grade. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing effective therapy techniques tailored to the needs of school-aged children.
  • Collaborating with educators and parents to support student development.
  • Staying updated on current practices in speech and language disorders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Knowledge of Special Education protocols.
Educational Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Idaho (support will be provided throughout the licensing process).
