Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Green Acres Healthcare Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their highest potential level of independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster(s).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Compassion towards residents and their families.
