What You Need to Know- We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on experience, for this per diem position.

As a per diem LPN/LVN, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing visits according to the treatment plan prescribed by physicians and maintaining accurate and complete medical records.

- Maintaining valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
To be considered for this per diem LPN/LVN opportunity, you must possess:
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
