Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Assist with production operations as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of machinery, equipment, and schematics
  • Basic proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems, with ability to troubleshoot these systems
  • Strong electrical experience and understanding of electrical systems
