Job Summary
We are expanding our footprint and looking for a Land Development Project Manager to cover Central Florida and Orlando. The position will have 3 days onsite in Lakeland, FL and have flexibility to visit development sites throughout the Orlando area the other days.
Responsibilities
- Provide beginning-to-end supervision of land development projects, which involve the development of property from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential home building.
- Work with local municipalities and government agencies to ensure land is developed in compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations.
- Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
- Production new home construction experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Teams, and Share Point.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
